How do I find my order number?
Your order number was shown on the confirmation page after the checkout process. It can also be found in the automated confirmation email, listed as your order ID. If you're unable to locate your confirmation email and you've already checked your spam/junk folders, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long until my order ships?
Our manufacturing time frame for all orders is 2-5 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.
What are the shipping time frames?
Estimated* domestic delivery time frames are as follows:
Economy - 7-10 business days
First Class - 3 business days to most locations
UPS Ground - 3-5 business days
UPs 2nd Day Air - 2 business days
UPS Next Day Air - 1 business day
International deliveries can take up to four weeks.

What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
Contact the shipping company with your tracking number for more specific information. If your order takes longer than 3 business days beyond the estimated delivery time frame, please contact customer service at email@example.com
My order shows delivered, but I can't find it; what should I do?
Check with all members of the household and your neighbors to make sure nobody has received the package for you. If your order still does not get delivered in the next 3 business days, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
